Yves Cuilleron Viognier 'Les Vignes d'à Côté' 2023

From vines in the commmunes of Chavanay this is a single plot cuvée. The grapes are picked when fully ripe and hand-sorted. After pressing, they are fermented with native yeasts and then malolactic fermentation happens in barrels and big casks with temperature control. Then it spends 6-7 months on lees in barrel and cask. Fleshy and greedy wine. Typical nose of Viognier with ripe yellow fruits with a nice violet touch. Juicy and fresh on the palate with a vibrant mineral finish.
