Age Policy

Purchases can only be made by persons aged 18 or over. The recipient of the goods MUST also be a minimum of 18 years old. In completing this order you are confirming that both the person placing the order and the recipient of the goods ordered are aged 18 years or over.  Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of, or above, the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Minimum Orders

The minimum order amount for any online transaction is €30, not inclusive of delivery charge. Any order above €250 will qualify for free delivery.

Refund Policy

For any items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 14 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Refund will be done at return of product to shop. Contact us on orders@blackrockcellar.com department to organize return.

If our products arrived damaged please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
