Single Malt Irish Whiskey patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. Non chill filtered and no added colour.

Taste Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present.

Aroma Dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes.
