Three Wooly Sheep 2024 is a crisp white wine from Lawson’s Dry Hills, a respected family-owned winery in Marlborough, New Zealand. The 2024 vintage is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve purity and freshness. It is pale straw in colour, with aromas of citrus, lime, elderflower and grapefruit, and a palate of lemon zest, stone fruit and subtle floral notes, finishing crisp and clean.
