Sip Night Harvest Chardonnay 2023

Sip was founded by Dublin friends Vincent and Phil, who wanted to make good wine more accessible in a convenient single-serving format. They work with Castillo de Monjardín, a winery in Navarra, northern Spain, known for its high-altitude vineyards. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested at night, when cooler temperatures help preserve their fresh fruit aromas and natural acidity. The combination of sunshine, cooler mountain air and elevated vineyard sites gives the wine both ripe fruit character and a refreshing edge. Packaged in a 200ml can, it offers a practical way to enjoy a glass of wine without opening a full bottle.

Made from Chardonnay, this is a fresh, fruit driven white with flavours of citrus, green apple and white peach, alongside subtle tropical notes.
