The brand sources 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highland (Los Altos) and the valley of the Volcan de Tequila, where rich volcanic and clay calcareous terrain contributes to expressive agave character.
Siempre Plata Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at full maturity and slow cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens to preserve natural sweetness. After open air fermentation, the spirit is double distilled in copper stills and bottled unaged, allowing pure agave character to shine. The Plata offers fresh aromas of cooked agave, citrus zest and white pepper, with a clean, vibrant palate showing herbal notes, gentle spice and a crisp finish. Enjoy neat, with ice, or alongside ceviche, grilled fish, fresh salads or citrus led dishes.
