Based near the coastal town of Llíber in the Marina Alta area, the estate works with old vines planted in a dry Mediterranean landscape, where intense sunshine, sea influences and poor limestone soils create grapes of remarkable concentration and character. Paciencia Infinita reflects Pepe Mendoza’s passion for preserving traditional varieties and showcasing the unique potential of Alicante’s viticultural heritage.

Made from a blend of Monastrell and Giró, two historic Mediterranean grape varieties, Paciencia Infinita is a naturally rich and complex sweet red wine with remarkable freshness and balance. The wine is crafted from carefully selected grapes and expresses the intensity of old vines while retaining the elegance and Mediterranean character that define Pepe Mendoza’s style. It reveals aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, figs and plums, layered with notes of Mediterranean herbs, spices, chocolate, dried fruit and subtle balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is luscious yet refined, combining sweetness with vibrant acidity, silky tannins and a long, savoury finish.
