Paparuda Pinot Noir 2022

Cramele Recas is one of Romania’s largest and most modern wine producers, rooted in vineyards around Reca in the Banat. The estate has been developed since 1991 into a major winemaking operation with state of the art facilities and extensive plantings. Paparuda wines are made with careful vineyard management and modern techniques. The Paparuda range, including Pinot Noir, is produced with vegan friendly practices and minimal fining.

The 2022 Paparuda Pinot Noir is fermented and matured in stainless steel with some grapes undergoing carbonic maceration to enhance fruit character, and light oak chip influence adds subtle texture. This wine shows bright red fruit aromas of cherry and raspberry with gentle spice and soft tannins, offering a fresh yet approachable palate. It pairs well with roast poultry, grilled pork, tomato based pasta and mild cheeses, perfect for everyday meals.
