Ocho Tequila Reposado 50cl

Ocho Tequila Reposado comes from Tequila Ocho, a Mexican producer celebrated for creating single estate tequilas that express the unique character of specific fields in Jalisco’s Highlands (Los Altos). Founded by master distiller Carlos Camarena and ambassador Tomas Estes, Ocho focuses on traditional, additive free production and respect for land and community. The Blue Weber agave are grown in red, iron rich, well drained volcanic and claycalcareous soils at high altitude, encouraging rich sugars and floral aromatics.

The Reposado is crafted from 100% mature Blue Weber agave, slow cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed and fermented in open air wooden vats with natural yeasts. The wash is double distilled and then rested in ex-bourbon American oak barrels for around four to six months, allowing oak influence to integrate with agave purity. It delivers aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, honey and soft spice, with a smooth, balanced palate of citrus, caramel and gentle herbal notes. Pair with grilled prawns, roasted chicken, soft cheeses or citrus-glazed dishes that enhance its subtle oak warmth and vibrant freshness.
