Maison Ventenac is a family estate in the Cabardès region of Languedoc, founded in 1973 and now run by Stéphanie and Olivier Ramé. The vineyard lies on limestone rich slopes influenced by both Atlantic freshness and Mediterranean warmth, and the domaine is certified Terra Vitis with ongoing organic conversion, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the winery.

Stéphanie 2024 is made from 100% Merlot, crafted to express ripe red fruits with soft, juicy texture and hints of chocolate orange on the finish. Fermentation and ageing focus on purity of fruit, with precise tank work to preserve freshness. The wine pairs well with red meats, poultry, grilled dishes and hard cheeses, and is designed for enjoyment while youthful and bright.
