Maison des Ardoisieres Silice Blanc 2024
Brice Omont leads Domaine des Ardoisières, a 16ha estate founded by Michel Grisard to revive abandoned terraces above Cévins. With help from locals, they replanted ancient mountain plots, restoring slate-walled vineyards. Brice took over in 2010, continuing the vision of crafting expressive, alpine wines from native Savoie varieties.
Maison des Ardoisières Silice Blanc is a stunning Savoie white from 50–60-year-old vines on limestone scree in Apremont. Fermented and aged in fibreglass for nine months, it’s bone-dry, with white flowers, lemon, and grassy lift. Clean and vibrant, it finishes with lime and quinine notes. A pure, crystalline alpine expression.
