Le Petit Chat Malin Blanc 2025

Le Petit Chat Malin is made by Boutinot France, which has been producing and sourcing wines across France since 1990. This Rhône style blend comes from the Languedoc, where warm Mediterranean conditions are tempered by proximity to the sea and varied vineyard altitudes. The combination of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier gives the wine a generous southern French character while retaining plenty of freshness.

Made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne and 10% Viognier, the grapes are pressed soon after picking and undergo a cool fermentation, with malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve acidity. The result is a bright, textural white with citrus, apricot, white peach and subtle spice, balanced by fresh acidity and a rounded finish. An easy match for grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, creamy pasta or lightly spiced dishes. Vegan friendly.
