The wine has a medium ruby colour with aromas of blueberry, red currant, underbrush and violets. It has soft, ripe tannins and good structure, with a fresh acidity that balances the wine. With a long aftertaste focused on wild berries, the wine benefits from a short aeration of 5-10 minutes. It pairs well with grilled salmon steak, mushroom risotto, barbecue chicken or a cheese and sausage board.
