In the heart of Hautvillers, the birthplace of champagne, the Gobillard estate was established in the 1980s, and has been ever growing since. Family owned and run this champagne may be newer to the world but has definitely made its mark. On the voneyard you will find the three classic champagne varieties; meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir. The grapes for the cuvee prestige come from low yeilding vines on chalk rich slopes, creating a unique house blend that has become a staple of the Gobillard name. Each bottle is aged for a minimum of 5 years before release, ensuring the flavors and texture of the area shine through in every sip.

Named after the original founder Gervais Gobillard, this champagne is the perfect apertif for any occasion. A golden yellow color with aromas of dried fruits and honeysuckle. On the palate its a rich and creamy wine with subtle hints of spice and citrus. Elegant in every way.
