This is Sardinia's flagship beer, first brewed in 1912 and loved by generations of Sardinians and tourists alike. An all-day beer, meaning it can be enjoyed at any time of day, preferably in good company. A bright golden color. The head is white and fine, compact, and persistent. A fairly intense bouquet, with distinct cereal notes well-balanced by floral and herbaceous notes from the hops. A balanced beer on the palate, with initial notes of cereal and honey, followed by a pleasant, very clean and well-defined bitterness.
