Mandrolisai is a small area in the middle of Sardinia. The appellation requires blending Monica, Cannonau and Bovale Sardo. This is a bright and juicy expression: the estate-grown grapes are fermented with the native yeasts and aged just for 6 months in stainless steel. An intensely fruity red that can be served slightly chilled.
