Our beloved Bay Ale, a modern Irish Red Ale. One of our earliest recipes abd still a brewer's favourite to this day. A modern take on a classic style, it pours ruby bright with a smooth malt backbone, notes of caramel and gentle biscuit balance subtle American hops. Light bodied, sessionable and clean, it delivers classic easy-drinking with a contemporary twist.
