Enosophia is produced by Feravino in Croatia’s Slavonia region, an area renowned for Graševina. The vineyards around Fericanci are planted on clay-rich soils created from ancient seabeds, which provide minerality and balance. The continental climate promotes aromatic development and freshness, and the estate focuses on careful vineyard management to express the character of this traditional variety.
This wine is made from 100% Graševina, also known as Welschriesling, fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve vibrancy and purity. It displays aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers, with a crisp, refreshing palate and clean finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, poultry and fresh cheeses, and is ideal for drinking young.
