Elisabeth Vigneronne 2024
Elisabeth Vigneronne is produced in the Côtes de Gascogne IGP in southwest France and named after winemaker Elisabeth Prataviera. The vineyards benefit from a mild Atlantic climate and are planted on sandy clay and silty soils, which help retain freshness and aromatic intensity. Sustainably farmed using minimal intervention methods, the wine is suitable for vegans and reflects the bright, expressive style of the region.
The 2024 is a fresh blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in stainless-steel to preserve purity and vibrancy. It shows lively aromas of citrus, green apple and gooseberry, with a crisp, refreshing palate and clean finish. Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, salads and soft cheeses, it is intended for drinking young to enjoy its bright character.
