Their Puligny-Montrachet vineyards, rooted in chalk and limestone, produce Chardonnay of finesse and purity. The 2022 vintage was generous, delivering ripe fruit balanced by excellent freshness and minerality.

The Puligny-Montrachet 2022 was hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts before maturing in French oak barrels, around a quarter new, for subtle complexity. The wine shows layers of citrus, white peach and hazelnut, supported by precise mineral tension. Elegant and refined, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, lobster, roast poultry or creamy vegetable dishes.
