Dibon is a family owned Cava producer based in Catalonia, specialising in traditional method sparkling wines that express the character of the region's Mediterranean vineyards. The wines are produced from carefully selected vineyards across the Penedès area, where the warm climate, cooling sea influences and diverse soils create ideal conditions for fresh, balanced sparkling wines. The vineyards are managed with responsible agricultural practices, with a focus on quality and preserving the natural environment.
Dibon Cava Brut Selección is a traditional blend of the classic Cava grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The wine is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle followed by ageing on the lees for a minimum of 12 months before release. Fresh and elegant, it shows aromas of green apple, pear, citrus and white flowers with delicate pastry notes from lees ageing. The palate is lively and refreshing with fine bubbles and a clean finish, making it an excellent match for seafood, tapas, salads, grilled fish, light pasta dishes and soft cheeses.
