De Stefani Rose Prosecco Milesimato 2022

Founded in 1866 by Valeriano De Stefani, this long standing family owned winery produces some of the most creative and delicious wines in Italy. Within the soils is a unique blend of minerals and white clay known as "caranto". Now run by the fourth generation of the De Stefani family, they've embraced sustainable and organic farming techniques, biodynamic harvesting and a commitment to community welfare. Along with these techniques the Stefani estates have embraced a unique vinification process which involved drying the grapes, allowing the character of the terroir to shine brightly.

With pear and strawberry aromas this light pink prosecco is tasteful and elegant. On the palate it offers notes of raspberry and violet with a lovely sweet dry finish. Pairs well with antipasta, seafood and grilled fishes.
