Corralejo Tequila Blanco
Corralejo Tequila Blanco is produced at Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico, one of the country’s oldest tequila estates, founded in 1755. The distillery cultivates 100% Blue Weber agave in the region’s red clay soils, where warm days and cooler nights encourage balanced sugar development. The estate combines traditional methods with modern sustainability initiatives, including efficient water management and responsible agave harvesting practices.
This Blanco tequila is distilled using a distinctive triple-distillation process, creating a notably smooth and refined spirit. Unaged to preserve the fresh agave character, it offers bright notes of citrus, pepper, cooked agave and light herbal undertones. Crisp and clean on the palate, it pairs exceptionally well with grilled prawns, fresh ceviche, tacos or soft cheeses, making it ideal for sipping neat or premium cocktails.
