Limited edition release, inspired by James Hamilton Jr who first brought Bordeaux wine to Ireland in 1633, via Killyleagh Castle in County Down. A marriage of light rum distilled in Donaghadee and dark rum from Barbados, aged in Bordeaux Grand Cru red wine casks.
