Chateau Roubine Lion and Dragon Rose 2024 MAGNUM

Château Roubine is one of Provence’s historic and most prestigious estates, located between Lorgues and Draguignan in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. With origins dating back to the 14th century, the château has been under the stewardship of Valérie Rousselle since 1994. The vineyards, certified organic, are planted on clay-limestone and sandstone soils that benefit from exceptional drainage and sun exposure. The estate produces vegan-friendly wines using sustainable and environmentally respectful viticulture.

The Lion & Dragon Rosé 2024 Magnum is crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, each carefully hand-harvested and vinified separately. Gentle pressing and temperature controlled fermentation preserve the purity of the fruit. The wine rests briefly on fine lees before bottling, yielding a pale, elegant rosé with notes of wild strawberry, peach and rose petal. Crisp and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with Mediterranean seafood, grilled vegetables or summer salads.
