Château Haut Barry is a small family-run estate in the Graves, an historic Bordeaux region known for its gravel soils and long winemaking tradition. The vineyards lie on classic gravel and sand with pockets of clay, encouraging good drainage and ripe, balanced fruit.

Château Haut Barry Graves 2020 is typically a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting the region’s style. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, followed by ageing in a mix of stainless steel and used French oak for around 8–12 months to preserve freshness and gentle structure. Expect plum, blackberry and subtle spice with soft tannins and a mineral finish. Ideal with roast poultry, grilled meats or mushroom dishes.
