Catine Birgi is a goregous winery in Marsala Italy. Located off the western coast of Sicily, the evironment provides a consistent mediterrean climate creating some of the most delectable wines. With over 2,500 hectares of land to grown on and 60+ year old vines, the creators of Tre Venti have mastered their craft. Each bundle of grapes is hand cut and placed in specialized transport carriers to ensure that the quality of grapes remains throught the entire process. This winery also prides themselves in being sustainably certified under the SOStain Sicilia viticulture program. This Nero- d'Avola is a beautiful deep red-purple color offering aromas of strawberries and ripe fruits with light spice. On the palate the bouquet opens into lovely flavors of raspberries and delicate spices of black pepper. Pairs well with red meats and string cheeses.
