Bott Frigyes Just Enjoy Red 2024 comes from Bott Frigyes, a family run winery in the Garam Valley of southern Slovakia. The estate tends about
ten hectares of vineyard on volcanic, clay rich, limestone infused soils on the south facing slopes of the Muzsla Hills, giving wines vibrant acidity and minerality.
The 2024 Just Enjoy Red is made from Kékfrankos (Blaufränkisch), hand harvested and vinified with gentle maceration. The wine is medium bodied with a smooth, velvety texture, lively acidity and a fresh, fruit forward profile. Aromas of ripe red berries, blackberry and cherry are complemented by spice and mineral notes. Its balanced structure and moderate tannins make it an excellent pairing with grilled meats, pork, poultry, charcuterie or mild, herb ingrained dishes.
