Domaine Vico Le Bois du Cerf Blanc 2024

Domaine Vico is a biodynamic estate in central Corsica, run by Manu Venturi. The vineyard “Le Bois du Cerf” is planted to 100% Vermentino on blue schist and schist soils, with 45-year-old vines. The wine is organic, with hand harvests and vinification that includes indigenous yeast, skin contact, and ageing on fine lees in concrete for texture.

The 2024 “Le Bois du Cerf” Blanc is fresh and invigorating, offering citrus and orchard fruit layered with herbal notes, lemon peel, and a hint of stone-minerality. Crisp acidity and lees-ageing bring weight and texture without oak, resulting in a clean, mineral finish. Serve chilled with shellfish, lean fish or lighter poultry.
