Zenato Ripassa della Valpolicella Superiore 2020

“Ripassa” by Zenato Winery is a Valpolicella produced with the Ripasso technique on the pomace of Amarone. Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes and rested for 18 months in tonneau. Intense, rich and elegant, with notes of wild berries, forest spices, cocoa and balsamic herbs.
