A selection of the best plots of the producer's Protected Geographical Indication vines. “Les Candives” is a synonym of Syrah. Gourmet, rustic wine. Nose of black and red fruits, notes of pepper and liquorice. Fleshy on the palate, with lovely velvety tannins on the finish. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 8 months in barrels.
