Umi Lager is a Japanese Rice Lager brewed with Wakame. Crisp and refreshing, this new beer blends delicate rice character with subtle oceanic notes from the Wakame. Sorachi Ace hops bring bright lemon zest, herbal freshness, and a hint of dill. Light bodied with a clean and dry finish. Smooth mouthfeel and umami flavour from the Wakame addition makes this Lager very balanced.
