Weissenoher Altfrankish Klosterbier

Altfränkisch is a red beer specialty brewed according to Franconian tradition. We still brew it today just like my ancestors always brewed the Weissenoher. This beer gets its distinctive character from the traditional, complex mashing process. Selected malts and fine aromatic hops give the old Franconian its full-bodied taste and a subtle tartness. Bottom-fermented and then matured for a long time, today as then, the classic Franconian beer enjoyment for every moment.
