Villa Estuaire Pauillac 2019 Half Bottle

Villa Estuaire Pauillac 2019 Half Bottle is produced under the Maison Louis Vialard label in the prestigious Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux’s Left Bank, where deep gravel and clay soils over well drained subsoils are ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The small production vineyard is sustainably tended on rounded hilltops facing the Gironde estuary, with traditional Bordeaux viticulture and hand harvesting.

The 2019 Pauillac is a classic Bordeaux blend of approximately 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts before undergoing full malolactic fermentation. It is aged in French oak barrels to build structure and complexity. Medium to full-bodied, it offers aromas of blackcurrant and bramble with spice and cedar nuances, firm yet refined tannins and a long finish. It pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef, game and mature cheeses, reflecting the depth and balance of Pauillac terroir.
