The light yellow colour of the Grüner Veltliner variety reflects its liveliness and freshness. The aroma is dominated by green pepper and green apple, and you will also discover exotic citrus there. The taste is full, characteristic, with temperamental acidity surrounded by the minerals of the terroir.
