Terroir du Leman Un Matin Face is made from 100% Chasselas with élevage entirely in concrete eggs and has delicious flavours of citrus, stone fruits and almond paste, with a distinctive salty tang to the finish. It is textural and rich yet retains wonderfully fresh acidity and intense minerality, ensuring that it is a superb wine to pair with almost any fish or poultry dish.
