The Istrian Malvasia from the Vignai da Duline winery is produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes and has been called ā€œChioma integraleā€ which in english literally translates as ā€œfull hairā€ because of the technique of not trimming the plant in the vineyard. This technique allows the plant to self-regulate by finding its perfect balance in every vintage.
