Szaszi Olaszrizling St Georges Hill 2021

This Olaszrizling reflects perfectly the style of the volcanic Badacsony area. This region produces wines that are, somehow, in between the extremely mineral Somló region style and the fruit-forward Balaton style. Badacsony offers both things at the same time: minerality and fruit. This Olaszrizling shows a strong peach and ripe pear aromas next to flinty minerality and a creamy body. Is has both familiar, fruity aromas and unique volcanicness at the same time.
