As the name suggests, the Tawny in this bottle has been residing on its lees for the last 10 years. The maturation has created a unique depth of flavour with wood, dried fruits and rich apple tannin characteristics, and a strikingly smooth finish on the palate. This apple wine is made solely from the fermented juice of Dabinett & Michelin bittersweet apple varieties. An outstanding accompaniment to cheese or dessert.
