This rich 100% Chardonnay Champagne is a blend of organically farmed grapes coming from different plots located on chalky soils near the village of Le Mesnil. It contains 40% reserve wine, 30% of 2019 vintage in stainles steel and 30% of 2019 vintage in barrels. Extra Brut, with a doseage of 1g/l.
