Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica traces its inspirational roots to 18th-century British sugar and rum trading, with its name derived from two longstanding London merchants. It reflects a commitment to traditional Jamaican rum styles, preserving heritage production methods and bold, characterful profiles.
This rum is produced using high-ester pot still distillation, with extended fermentation contributing to its distinctive intensity. Tropical ageing in Jamaica further enhances its depth and complexity. The result is a rich, full-bodied spirit with pronounced notes of ripe tropical fruit, molasses, spice, and a signature “funky” character. It excels in classic cocktails such as a Mai Tai or Daiquiri, adding depth and vibrancy.
