Simonin Macon Vergisson 2022

This Chardonnay from young vines is vinified in a mix of barrels and stainless steel tanks. It is both fresh and powerful at the same time. Deep yellow in colour, with an intense bouquet of flowers and white fruits on the nose. Round and aromatic, in unison with the nose, but also very fresh, the palate shows a nice balance between fruity acidity and a creamy, oaky texture.
