Rutini Estate Coleccion Cabernet Malbec 2022

Bodega Rutini is a historic Argentine winery founded in 1885 by Italian immigrant Felipe Rutini in Mendoza's Coquimbito district. Known for pioneering fine winemaking in the region, Rutini Wines blends tradition with innovation. Its vineyards are located in the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo, high-altitude regions with alluvial soils and excellent sun exposure, ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The Rutini Cabernet Malbec 2022 is a 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from the Uco Valley, aged for 12 months, with 90% in second use French oak barrels and the remaining 10% in new French oak. This full-bodied red offers aromas of dark fruit and spice, with flavours of blackberry, plum, cedar and a hint of pepper. The palate is robust and layered, with well-balanced tannins and a long, smooth finish. Pair it with grilled steaks, roasted lamb, or beef burgers.
