The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon delivers deep inky hues and aromas of black cherry, cassis, pie crust, spice, and mint—leading into a full-bodied, concentrated palate with sweet red cherry, velvety tannins, and balanced acidity, culminating in a long, refined finish. Wine Enthusiast awards it 93 points, describing it as “smooth as silk, scented with black currants, spearmint and a touch of toast, then soothes the palate with velvety tannins and lush, ripe fruit flavors. While easy to sip, it has a subtle, restrained tannin structure.”
