Rocher de la Republique Rose 2024

Produced in the Languedoc region of southern France, Val des Pins Roche de la République Rosé reflects the area’s long Mediterranean winemaking tradition and warm coastal climate. Vineyards benefit from abundant sunshine balanced by cooling sea breezes, helping preserve freshness and aromatic lift in the grapes. The soils are a mix of limestone, clay and gravel, providing good drainage and contributing mineral character and balance. The vineyards are certified organic and farmed with sustainable practices alongside modern low intervention winemaking techniques.

Made from a blend of classic southern French grape varieties including Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and delicate fruit character. The wine shows aromas of strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit alongside subtle floral and herbal notes. The palate is dry, crisp and refreshing with lively acidity, soft red berry flavours and a clean mineral finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, summer salads, Mediterranean dishes, charcuterie and light vegetable based cuisine.
