Raventos i Blanc Blanc de Blanc 2023
Raventós i Blanc has documented winemaking history dating back to 1497, with 21 generations shaping their estate in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Penedès. The family played a key role in the creation of the Cava DO and later left it to champion terroir-driven sparkling wines. Their biodynamically farmed vineyards sit on limestone-rich soils of the Conca del Riu Anoia, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and strong sustainability principles.
Blanc de Blancs is crafted mainly from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, all hand-picked and fermented with native yeasts before undergoing bottle fermentation and ageing for around 18 months on the lees. Fresh citrus, white flowers and mineral notes lead to a fine, elegant mousse and vibrant acidity. It pairs beautifully with seafood, tapas, salads or as a refined aperitif.
