Racines is a collaboration between Etienne de Montille of Domaine de Montille in Volnay, his Californian-born winemaker Brian Sieve, and Rodolphe Péters of Champagne Pierre Péters. This Pinot Noir has flavours of crushed flowers, mint and tobacco, alongside star anise and cedar. This wine is savoury, deep and elegant.
