Proprieta Sperino Uvaggio 2020

Proprietà Sperino Uvaggio is a blend of 80% Nebbiolo, 15% Vespolina and 5% Croatina. All grapes are hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of barrel and oval barriques and 15-hectoliter casks for 22 months. Light ruby in the glass with soaring aromas of red flowers, crunchy berry fruits and an enticing savory frehsness. The palate is vibrant and full of energy with explosive minerality and fruit concentration that is surprisingly delicate; a rich body framed by svelt, mouthcoating tannins and a finish that is long, complex and refreshing.
