The 2022 Gemischter Satz is a traditional Austrian field blend, with multiple white grape varieties planted and harvested together, typically including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Neuburger, and Weissburgunder. Grapes are hand picked, co fermented using native yeasts, and aged on fine lees in a combination of stainless steel and large neutral oak vessels to preserve purity and texture.
