Pizzorno Select Blend Reserva 2020

A blend of 50% Tannat, 30% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A nod to Bordeaux with the backbone of traditional Uruguayan Tannat. Each variety follows its own vinification in concrete vats and then its aged in French oak for 12 months. The assmeblage or final blend then its aged for a further 6 months in French oak. Blakc fruits, spices and cedar, with a very aromatic nose given by the Cabernet, follows in the palate with the power and elegance of Malbec, perfectly balanced by the structure and freshness of Tannat.
